Multinational software leader Citrix has announced that the company will be the title sponsor of the City of Raleigh’s upcoming bike share system. The company’s involvement in this project demonstrates a strong commitment to encouraging sustainable, clean-energy transportation across the City of Raleigh and greater North Carolina.
The official name of the Raleigh bike share is CitrixCycle. This innovative new system will deliver an initial fleet of 330 bicycles to city residents and visitors, featuring 180 of Bewegen’s advanced Pedelec (electric-assist) models. CitrixCycle stations are proposed to be located in downtown Raleigh, in southeast Raleigh, along Hillsborough Street, and at the North Carolina Museum of Art.
